Our story
Built from years of frontline locating — for the contractors we wished we worked for.
GroundPulse is a Canadian-owned utility locating company. Our team carries over 20 years of combined experience locating, surveying and coordinating the subsurface work that keeps construction moving — across the GTA, Southern Ontario and beyond.
Before GroundPulse, our locators spent years embedded with utility infrastructure owners (UIOs) across Canada, locating under demanding utility-specific contracts. We've worked in the downtown cores, the rural reach-outs, and almost every type of soil and infrastructure Ontario can throw at a crew.
The pattern we kept running into: big locate firms treating contractors like a number. Tickets dropped, locates rushed, callbacks ignored. We started GroundPulse because every contractor deserves a locator who treats their job like it matters — because it does. Every client is our most important client. That's not a tagline; it's how we schedule, how we document, and how we answer the phone.
